Canadian ex-pats who don't pay taxes in this country are still allowed to vote, should they get to influence government policy if they don't live here?

One of the foundations of bad policy and massive waste is the refusal to do cost-benefit analysis.  When it comes to climate change,  an enormous amount of money is wasted.

One of the most frequent questions asked is whether or not Canada can compete with the US as Canada has lower productivity, less competetive taxes and our regulations cost more.
