Welcome to episode 137 of the Campus Comics Cast, the official podcast for Muddy Monster Comics located at 1422 Walnut Street in Murphysboro, IL and now online at muddymonstercomics.com. Not to be outdone by Warner Brothers-Discovery-DC, in this episode we announce the 10-year plan for the Campus Comics Cast. Even though it is a Previews episode we do discuss DC’s 10-year plan announcement and some of the trouble at Valiant Entertainment before diving into the catalog.

Well, we did not make it to San Diego for SDCC 2022, but that does not mean we cannot talk about it. So, the Cast covers their favorite SDCC 2022 announcements along with a discussion of season one of Ms. Marvel. Next up is a review of the ComiXology Original 40 Seconds and of course, the CLZ Shake.

So, what do you do when the God Butcher only kills one god in a movie? Why you have a podcast to complain about it. But that is not the only discussion in this episode. We speak briefly about the passing of Alan Grant, Discuss Thor: Love and Thunder, give our thoughts on Grant Morrison's Superman and the Authority and wrap up the episode with a CLZ shake.

Is Mike Atchison the reincarnation of the Comedian? Is Shaad Shubert Dr. Manhattan in disguise? Is Scott Reed the annoying guy selling newspapers? Who knows. But the bigger question, is the Detective the reincarnation of Rorschach in Tom King’s series Rorschach. We will be discussing this along with our first impressions of Ms. Marvel, what we have been reading, and of course, a CLZ shake to wrap-up the episode.

Oh my goodness sakes, I got the CLZ shakes. But before that, Shaad and Scott discuss some of the comic industry news and rumors, including the possibility of whether Warner Brothers might actually consider selling off DC Comics. Next we look at Matt Kindt's first volume of MIND MGMT and wrap up the episdoe with a CLZ Shake.

What's the temperature-like for this episode, well it is cooler than it is in Scott's head, so that is a plus. But the crew troopers on with Episode 131 covering the June 2022 Previews Catalog.

Was it Frog-Man or Leap-Frog, who knows? We follow this with a tribute to the late George Perez. Next, we give our thoughts on the Moon Knight series on Disney+ and wrap up the episode with a CLZ shake.

Episode 129, aka the Love and Thunder episode. In this episode we discuss the Thor: Love and Thunder trailer and you can guess who hated it. We follow this with a tribute to the late Neal Adams. Next, we give our thoughts on the Batman movie and wrap up the episode with a CLZ shake.
