Iran says a new deal is within reach if world powers show what it calls "goodwill". But on Friday senior diplomats from France, Germany and the U.K. expressed "disappointment and concern" at Tehran's proposed changes to a text that had been agreed on in previous rounds of talks. With negotiations due to resume next week, how far are negotiators from reaching a deal?
