Hmm as a young black woman, relationships were different for me. I am so lucky to have diversified friends. And when we get together, we chat. It’s so interesting when my friends say, since they were little they were trained to be married. As I reflect, although I’m black I come from a mixed background. I literally have a “tiger mom” it was important for me to be educated and trained into a profession. Marriage was third after the career. But funny now that I’ve dominated education and career, I have little interest in marriage. Mainly because as a black woman I have work and world changes to make....what’s your thought ?
