Could conflict be a missing piece toward a deeper connection within your relationship?
In the fourth episode of the Conflict to Connection Series, we answer the question: “Is conflict really as bad as we have been taught it to be?”
Through our lives, experiences growing up, and conditioning (think movies, books, the media) to believe that “conflict” is the problem.
Conflict is not the problem.
The problem is how we approach conflict.
This determines whether it creates dissonance or deepens intimacy.
However, most of us aren’t sat down and taught how to navigate conflict or moments of tension. We see what our parents did or the people around us, and we mirror them. And suddenly, without evening realizing it, these cycles become our lives and influence the quality of the relationships we have.
So let’s explore why this is, what the symptoms of unhealthy conflict are, and how you can begin shifting towards healthy conflict that allows moments of tension to act as friction that deepens your relationship.
The Pre-Sale for my new Mini-Course “Conflict to Connection” is starting soon. Comment or DM me “CONNECTION” for more details on the pre-sale or keep your eyes peeled here.
