This is a story of a woman who was fired from her job as a dental hygienist because she got the numbers of the teeth mixed up. Ouch! That could be terrible if that is your mouth! But there are other places she could work. Dyslexic adults can be assessed so that their colleges will provide accommodations. Employers can place these amazing people in different positions where the dyslexia doesn’t adversely impact their work. Listen as I speak from my heart.

She has a Master of Education in General Education and in Special Education complementing her two California Teaching Credentials. She is a Dyslexia Specialist, President of Step By Step Dyslexia Solutions, and an International Teacher Trainer. She tutors students with Dyslexia and is currently in a Practicum to receive Orton Gillingham Associate Level Certification. Dr. Cintron is a curriculum developer “Step By Step Reading©” and an app developer CDSM intended to work together to help the dyslexic child read.

She is the author of “A Message of Hope, How Music Enhances Reading for Dyslexic Students.” She has twenty-one years of experience in Education, ten years as a Classroom Teacher. She is a board member of the International Dyslexia Association Tri-County Branch, a member of Christian Business Partners in Upland, a member of the Global Society of Female Entrepreneurs. She is a California native, has been married to Will for 32 years, and they have three adult children.
