For years I'd been struggling with how to find the right partner and finally, I realized that I needed to find someone who shared my faith and was committed to building our relationship on a foundation of love and respect. After years of searching, I met someone who shared my values and we've now been together for over two years without sex. In this video, I'm sharing with you my story about how celibacy after 40 has changed everything in my life and how you can too!

Celibacy refers to the state of being unmarried or abstaining from sexual relations. It is often associated with religious or spiritual practices, where individuals commit to refraining from sexual activity as a form of devotion or discipline.

Celibacy can also refer to a personal choice made by an individual to abstain from sexual activity for various reasons, such as focusing on personal growth, avoiding unwanted pregnancies or sexually transmitted infections, or as a part of a lifestyle choice. In some cases, celibacy may be temporary, while in others, it may be a lifelong commitment.
