The Foundation of Gratitude

Scripture: Colossians 3:17

“Whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus.”

Summary: We closed the series by learning that worship isn’t a one-time event — it’s a lifetime commitment to honoring God. A heart that worships God is one that walks in gratitude, integrity, obedience, and love. Summary: We explored how praise can be the most powerful when life hurts the most. Paul and Silas taught us that praise is not a reaction to circumstances, but a declaration of trust in who God is. When we choose to praise through pain, chains break — in our hearts, our minds, and even in the lives of others watching us.

Summary: In our opening episode, we learned that worship goes beyond melodies and lyrics — it’s a lifestyle. True worship is not confined to a church building or a Sunday service. It’s an everyday expression of love and gratitude to God. Worship happens when we honor Him in our thoughts, our actions, and the way we live.

Episode 5: Knowing God Through the Holy Spirit

Scripture: John 14:16–17 – “I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Advocate… the Spirit of truth.”

Summary: The Holy Spirit is God’s presence living in us. He teaches, comforts, convicts, and transforms us daily. Through the Spirit, we experience God’s voice, wisdom, and power. Knowing God through the Holy Spirit means walking in continual fellowship and allowing Him to guide every part of our lives.

Episode 4: Knowing God Through Suffering and Surrender

Scripture: Philippians 3:10 – “I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of His resurrection and participation in His sufferings.”

Summary: Suffering is not punishment—it’s preparation. Through trials, we learn dependence on God and discover His sustaining grace. Surrender turns pain into purpose, and in those moments, we come to know God’s comfort, faithfulness, and presence like never before.

Episode 3: Knowing God Through Obedience

Scripture: John 14:21 – “Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me.”

Summary: Obedience is not about earning God’s favor; it’s an expression of love. The more we know God, the more we desire to obey Him. Through obedience, our faith is strengthened, our trust deepens, and we experience His guidance and blessings in new ways.
