Manpower shortage is still an unresolved problem in Malaysia and our F&B industry is suffering profusely to find workers as they try to bounce back after the severe hit during the pandemic. Many restaurants are trying different creative methods to attract local workers, from giving out iPhones to jaw-dropping wages, but could these methods of incentive last and translate to employee loyalty? We find out.
