Roshani Poudyal is an advocate, law academic, and human rights expert specialising in constitutional law, women’s rights, and access to justice. She holds an LL.M. in Human Rights and International Law from Tribhuvan University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Law. She has worked with organisations such as UN Women, UNDP, the National Human Rights Commission, and the Nepal Bar Association.
