Are the troubles at FGMC and Sprout isolated or the beginning of a trend?

Flagstar Bank is tightening its standards before Non-QM lenders can get advanced funding. Is this a sign that investors are backing away from Non-QM loans? Where do these lenders get the investments they need to remain viable?
