Fred is putting himself (and his disability) to the test to see if he can make the cut as a croupier. Competing in the job market is stressful at the best of times, but when you have a disability AND have to speak French (which is not Fred's native language) things get more complicated. In this episode Fred will give us an update on how he's feeling about his croupier training and we'll talk about our experiences in the job market and how our disability has affected (or hasn't) our ability to be hired.
