FEATURING RON FEIN - A legal victory in New Mexico, disqualifying a county commissioner from running for office because of his participation in the January 6th 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol, may have repercussions for Donald Trump. Under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, a federal judge ruled that Otero County Commissioner Couy Griffin, who is the founder of the group Cowboys for Trump, is no longer allowed to run for office.
