The Afghan Taliban says it has arrested the so-called 'mastermind' of a bomb attack on a mosque. Police say he's a major ISIL operative, suspected of helping to kill at least 12 people on Thursday. The armed group claimed at least two attacks on the same day in Afghanistan, highlighting the security challenges for the Taliban since returning to power last August.
