In Toronto, the Eglinton Crosstown is a prime example of bad decision making by government. Originally set to open in 2020 - the current estimated opening date is 2024… but many doubt that is realistic. The refurbishment of Toronto’s Union Station also took place well behind schedule and overbudget by hundreds of millions of dollars. Can government ever complete a big project on time and on budget? Stephen LeDrew is joined by Ontario Premier Doug Ford who is trying to do just that.
