Ocular syphilis occurs in an estimated 1% to 5% of neurosyphilis cases in the U.S. While rare, its complications are serious, potentially leading to vision loss and even blindness. The good news is that early and complete antibiotic treatment can cure ocular syphilis. So, stay informed and stay safe, just like our favorite Guardians protecting the galaxy.
