Hi Ladies, Welcome Back! Part of this mission we are on is to leave a legacy of a safe and empowering place for girls to grow up and be connected to their bodies. Our numbers of anxiety, depression and suicide have skyrocketed for pre teen and teenage girls. Knowledge is power, and understanding our body's allow for us to show up differently in our lives. I got a phone call recently to help a group of high school girls with this journey and I wanted to share the excitement for healing to occur. Who is on this mission with me? Go Be Fearless!
