  • "Life Is HARD!"

Ep: 3 - “Life is HARD!”

On this week’s episode, I will be discussing my childhood struggles.

I am going to open my heart to you all and welcome you into my personal life growing up.

As a child, I often found it hard to be myself, be seen, be heard, and be liked. I struggled with making friends and feeling “important.” I was severely bullied as a child and I kept a lot of information, guilt, and pain bottled inside, to the point where I wanted to end it several times.

Take a listen as I open a very personal chapter in my book of life and tell my truth about how I overcame childhood depression, anxiety, anger, fear, and guilt.

  • "Let Me Correct You..."

Ep: 2 - “Let Me Correct You”

On this week's episode, I will be changing the topic of discussion!

I often find myself feeling bad for TRULY saying how I feel, because I want to prevent creating issues and tension.

But, I find when I say things in a more “appropriate” and “sensitive” way to spare people’s feelings (in my head), my feelings are pushed to the side or I get talked to as if I’m a child.

I also find it odd that when I’m in, or have been in a position of leadership that I’m often told to “be quiet” or “don’t respond” to someone who is overstepping the boundaries of mutual respect... I then often get “lectured” by family AND friends about my tone or actions because I respond/react a certain way, but then I’m also told that I’m “a good one” for NOT responding/reacting a certain way... but they can say what they what, when they want, and how they want, and no one can tell them otherwise. Hmmm... interesting right?
