Over 50 years ago, Congress passed the “Equal Rights Amendment,” which was eventually ratified by a sufficient number of states to become enshrined in the Constitution, Back then, many people warned about the unintended consequences of this amendment from women in combat and the draft, same-sex marriage, and even what we see in the “Trans-Agenda” with men in women’s sports and bathrooms.
