With the rise in technology we are putting so much stress on our brains. We have the phones and all the social media and the emails and the groups we belong to and programs we might be creating and the list goes on...and all while we are doing this we are constantly being pinged with notifications and personal messages and we feel like we are being bombarded with information non stop.  This is brain overload.

Anytime we learn, we grow and growing as a person is never a waste!

Bad things will always happen in life, but if you look there will always be something good that comes out of something bad.  You may have to really look hard in some cases, but it is there if you are willing to look for it
