Do you want to make sure your children inherit your assets when you die and not the spouse of your widow/widower? What happens to your assets if you die without a will? What is the purpose of a trust, and why would you need one? What happens if you become incapacitated? Carol explains the many factors that define estate planning and the documents you should have in place to ensure that your beneficiaries receive what you had planned after your death.
