Kimberly, Sonia, and Jonathan answer a question from Earl in Dallas, Texas:  

“The approach to changing decisions is different between my boss and me. I want to survey the coaches. How often do you change your mind when making a decision? Has that approach helped you be successful?”  

Kimberly shares with Earl that listening to understand the motivation behind a decision may help with bridging the gap with his boss. 

Sonia describes her process for making decisions and admits that she may change a decision 20% of the time.

Jonathan advises Earl that experience has helped him develop his 6th sense, and remember the advice of Astronaut Fred Haise to wait as long as possible to take options off the table.
