We feel confident in saying that we, in the Western world have no clue how even to relax our bodies, let alone be present enough to be able to learn how to do this for ourselves.


In this episode, we will be talking about how our bodies are built to process emotions but how, for some reason, we've turned them into containers where we let our emotions fester to the point that it's becoming unhealthy.
