On today’s edition of the LCHF podcast, Dr Ann Childers answers your questions. Doc, welcome back on. Two questions today, but its basically one from two different people. Kathleen Gouws submitted her question, so did Lynette Jongali and let me read Kathleen’s. They’re both along the same sort of line. She said she’s following the low carb healthy fat or Banting diet and would like to know what to eat less or more of because she doesn’t have a gall bladder. Lynette also had her gall bladder removed and she said she’s worried that a high fat content will make her sick.
She’s hypertensive, so she needs to lose some weight. She is 66 years old, she’s tried every diet in the book and has always been overweight. All the work, but doesn’t seem to keep it off in the long run. What’s the suggestion and what should people who don’t have a gall bladder do when it comes to the low carb healthy fat diet?
