Canada’s immigration system used to make sense - when we had gaps in the labour market we would go and find people and bring them here. Now we are welcoming anyone and everyone with no rhyme or reason. As a result we have people who arrive in Canada and struggle as we are ill- equipped to welcome so many new Canadians.
