A new survey of male workers by WORK180, has revealed men are experiencing feelings of exclusion, uncertainty, and fear around gender equity discussions in the workplace. 

 

Overwhelmingly, men feel shut out of discussions on gender equity, largely due to a widespread fear of being cancelled and believe many appointments are not being made solely on merit.
