I am the Co-founder and Executive Director of LifeSpark Cancer Resources, a leading-edge nonprofit wellness organization that links Reiki and Healing Touch volunteers with cancer patients. We bring peace and healing to a terrifying cancer diagnosis with a non-drug solution to pain, stress, and depression. 

Over the past 18 years, through LifeSpark, I have created and maintained collaborations with numerous hospital cancer centers, churches, wellness businesses, and other facilities where we offer our life-affirming work. In a 2019 survey at UCHealth Anschutz Cancer Center, patients reported that on average, pain dropped by one-third, and stress and anxiety dropped by two-thirds after just one LifeSpark session. 

With over 30 years of experience with wellness therapies, one of my favorite roles is training and supporting nearly 100 Reiki and Healing Touch volunteer providers. These are the remarkable individuals who deliver sessions to cancer patients and caregivers along the Colorado front range and across Colorado. 

I lead by example with compassion, respect, and unconditional love for those we serve. I believe in collaboration and the power of community, and I develop trusting relationships that last for decades. 

One of my top goals is to expand our community to include more volunteers, donors, and supporters of all kinds. We learn from one another and the more connected we are, the more powerful our work becomes.
