Hello again!

This week’s episode is all over the place, it is raw and emotional. I finally share my mental health story and my story of growing up in toxicity. The episode is a bit of a mess but I also kept it watered down as I realized that I did not want to overshare because some of my stories are not mine alone and we need to be respectful of that.

After a week off, taking some time to deal with emotions, I am back with a brand new episode for this week. I talk about a recap of the last two weeks, and some favourite shows. I also get into dealing with anxiety and irrational anger. Not only does this help break the stigma, but I also hope that it helps you find less shame in it when you are being accountable!
