Hey guys! Michelle is away this week as she's on a trip in Arizona to celebrate her and her boyfriend's bday and she'll be back next week! So it's a solo episode with just me hehe.

On this week's episode I talk about some ways that I ground myself. Ya girl defs gets overwhelmed sometimes so I share some things that I do feel to feel a bit more rooted in who I am and how I feel.
