This episode features background noise and a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants-type approach. I attempt to discuss my bedtime routine and my plans for this year! I was in the car during Brian's counseling session and decided to record a podcast. It's slightly rant-ish, but also an update on things n stuff. I discussed things related to autism and SCI (spinal cord injury). It could have been longer, but we had to go pick up our kid. I'd like some constructive feedback, if there's anyone out there listening!

Kimani woke up early in the morn and I figured it would be a good time to have him as a guest on the podcast. I sound tired, because I was. This type of scenario is a regular part of my life. You might hear scratching in the background. That's the sound of Kimani scratching his sleeve. It's one of his stims.

I came up with what I thought was an awesome title for "my podcast." I rushed onto the app, I was immediately bombarded with the red record button, feeling pressured to perform immediately. I felt anxiety about it, but decided to push through. I'm getting tired of allowing anxiety to take over.
