Her consultancy (Think Wow) which she co-owns with her husband Daniel, provides training, e-learning and the design of sales and customer experience strategy, helping businesses to grow by attracting, winning and retaining more loyal customers.

Karen Clince is Managing Director of Tigers Childcare, a childcare provider to over 1100 children across 13 centres in Dublin and Meath.

She started her first business in 2003 when she set up Ireland’s first after-school childcare facility in St. Vincent’s Primary School in Glasnevin to cater for the growing number of working parents seeking flexible childminding options for their school-going children. Over the next 7 years she went on to open 7 pre-school and after-school childcare facilities in various schools throughout Dublin, such was the demand for these services.

2011 saw Karen extend Tigers Childcare services to offer full-day care in purpose built early years centres in Swords, County Dublin and Ashbourne in Meath. In 2013 Karen was nominated to the board of Fingal County Childcare, which she now chairs.

She has acted as an advisor to many Government departments and voluntary bodies, on childcare and early years education and currently sits on a school age childcare working group at the Department of Children and Youth Affairs (DCYA). 

Karen’s knowledge of child development and best practice has pushed her to strive towards providing excellence within the sector.  

Sarah Tucker is the Founder & Director of The Mortgage Mum, a mortgage broking firm determined to carve a new path for women in the Financial Services industry while promoting balance, equality and flexible working.

Sarah has inspired women from across the UK to start a new career in this industry, and she loves coaching them from newly qualified to CAS status through her unique training programme. In her spare time Sarah is passionate about singing, appearing on The Voice UK in 2019, where she received 4 turns and was coached and mentored by Jennifer Hudson, Tom Jones, Olly Murs and Will I Am. She is a lover of all things spiritual, especially crystals, and places huge importance on self-development and self-care.

She believes balance is the key to happiness and hopes to inspire people with the lessons she has learned.

Sophie is a fitness coach, public speaker, influencer & business woman.

While Sophie’s passion lies in adventure, specifically physical adventure, she provides inspiration and motivation to others via personal training and public speaking to become fitter, stronger and more confident by sharing her journey and encouraging others to shift their mindset to seek theirs.

Sophie was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at four months old. She was told from a young age she might not make it to 30, let alone her teens, this has given her a very unique outlook on life and believes that everyone is able achieve something extraordinary and should have courage to seek their adventure in life and live it on their own terms.

Sophie has appeared in a number of magazines such as Hello!, Vogue, Women’s health, Women’s Fitness and cover on Best Life Magazine and continues to wow on her journey through life.
