Don't give up , with the right help training can enhance your relationship and your dog's behaviour. Any breed can do Hoopers just some need a bigger support network and to concentrate on the small stuff first.

The actual Hoopers training is the exciting bit ,so in the hot spell we are having ,its a great chance to get back on track and write down those training plans. Detailed training plans are key to progress and succesful training, else we probably won't train the actual bits we need to progress. Training you know what to do - the exercises , the timing and rewards - but there's something missing. Why I believe listening to our dogs and trying to understand how they are feeling can really help our partnership.
