Unedited Transcript:
Good morning investors. Happy Tuesday to you. I hope everybody is having a fantastic start to the week. Not going to lie. I have enjoyed it myself, uh, in a good one.
Uh, this week, we'll say, well, let's get started with some bits of news and stock picks for you. Hydro farm makes an acquisition of Illinois based innovative growers equipment. That's a $58 million acquisition combination of cash stock and credit facilities. Also estimating year over year growth from same time last year.
Uh, this is an estimate of their Q3 earnings coming out, uh, will be driven solely by M and a, and they're expecting a 27% increase to a mid $120 million in net sales village farms. Their acquisition of balanced health botanicals. Looking to be paying off in the near future as they expand their product portfolio, Irwin, naturals, that CSE listed.
I w I N I love that ticker. I, when I'm absolutely expanding into the psychedelic market with Irwin emergence, ketamine clinics nationwide, they are Nevada based interesting movie. And I will love to see as we get, get more involved in the psychedelic space in the U S how ketamine eventually plays into that acreage.
COO is retiring as of early next year. They will begin searching for that replacement soon. Uh, Columbia care that's CC HWF, uh, all over my timeline yesterday as every executive. In that business, uh, announced they are the first to offer a whole flower to the New York medical cannabis market. That is a great update, I think, overall for the state of New York, along with Columbia care, so props to them, and that's an exciting move there.
Texas judge upholds ban of Delta eight. Um, as I've mentioned several times before, and we've talked to many executives in the CBD space, Delta eight is a place where. Uh, once full recreational marijuana legalization becomes available Delta eight a is most likely going to go away anyway. Uh, it was a bit of news.
That's more for the near term than the long-term, but an interesting, nonetheless Tilray T L R Y expands their medical footprint in Europe selected by Luxembourg ministry of health. As a supplier of GMP certified medical cannabis. This marks the 20th country around the globe that Tilray will have a presence in Europe to them is a $1 billion opportunity, uh, for Tilray.
Do I think Luxembourg is going to overly affect their bottom line and everybody should jump in right now because of it. No, not really. Uh, but eventually they would have had to have had this press release and they will have more press releases with bigger countries and smaller countries. And I think this is just a step to global domination for them.
Uh, so TLR, why continuing to move forward there specifically in Europe, which is their focus at the moment, flower one and it's F L O. Also a great ticker, a flower one announces collaboration with Justin Bieber. For new limited edition palms peaches, pre-roll brand a flu, uh, become sole producer of palms peaches in Nevada.
You can find those in planet 13 in madman and cookies. Uh, so that's going to be a nice boost, I think, to the flower one bottom line for this quarter, specifically, Cresco labs opens their 10th Florida medical dispensary. Uh, this makes the 39th dispo nation wide Cresco labs is by far. Uh, I think one of the leaders, if not the leader in the cannabis wholesale department in the country, um, but they are still moving forward with their B to C market as well, driven by stem SDMH to acquire high country supply.
They're one of Denver's oldest vertically integrated operators. This comes with two distribution licenses, three retail dispensary's and two cultivation facilities. So making a strong move into Denver, then. Um, as we all know, stem is the farm to table, um, vertically integrated company in this space. Uh, and this is just another market to put under their belt.
Um, I love it, honestly. I think that's a great move by them. Erewhon this Ayr WF, uh, launches product in Arizona, uh, and Chuck Schumer still tweeting about the CAO. Uh, all the wild bank of America cancels the accounts of research institutes in the cannabis and psychedelic industry that are federally regulated.
Um, just a lot of nonsensical moves right now, uh, on the political landscape, uh, the house passing. Safe banking five times. And, uh, we play politics on the latter half. So, uh, nothing really to report there, uh, as expected and nothing is happening, I would say faking front, at least for the moment. I know some executives in the space are very hopeful for early 20, 22 for safe banking plus, uh, but, uh, for the moment, uh, Booker Ron Wyden Schumer, uh, are all.
Looking for a different order of bills for this space to come out last, but not least as always. Uh, we. A little snapshot of the price movements in the space. Um, extractors are up 2% over the last week, uh, investment companies up almost 4% over the last week, however, down 10 and a half percent over the last month.
So keep an eye on that. Maybe that's a little bit of a rebound for them and, uh, riding the ship. If you will. Last month or so has not been good, but this week is mostly in the green. Um, so, you know, looking good there, um, price performance wise consortium having a bit of a rough week, but overall a solid month down 7.8% on the week.
But up 23.5%, uh, the last month, uh, some other updates there, 1933 green lane, um, Emerald health therapeutics all down. Quite a bit over the last week. Um, but you have companies like heritage, like OSS can like, can America, uh, taking a, a strong week, so continuing to look forward and oh yeah. And bang, look at that up 40% on the last month, Jamie Pearson and company at B H N G uh, have moved incredibly quickly and I love what she is doing over there.
Keep an eye on them, uh, in diva Al Cana. Uh, these are awesome companies. I've had a lot of news recently. All right. So shot a ton at you today. Uh, check out yesterday as if you didn't get a chance to we recapped MJ biz, uh, as well as, uh, Benzing as cannabis capital conference in New York city. Looking forward to doing this again tomorrow, y'all have a great day.
