1.5 KG chicken breast
I had the breast previously seasoned or marinated with garlic powder, turmeric and salt, but you can do it with whatever you want, I take the breast to medium heat with water, salt and turmeric and oregano while the aforementioned is cooking I take the plantains to the fire with water and salt making an opening in the peel after they are already cooked I remove the peel and with a knife I make an opening this time on the plantain to form the canoe.
In a little butter I take to brown a little banana, you can also skip the previous two steps and take them to an air fryer, on the other hand, I have the long onion well washed and chopped and add the tomato that this time I grate it add turmeric and put on fire.
The breast is already cooked, rested and shredded, I add it to the hogao, adjust the salt and mix, add the cheese sauce, then the chicken and more sauce on top, in my case I added too much because I love how it looks, we do the same with all the plantains until we finish with all the ingredients and our recipe is ready, thank you for coming here and for reading and watching the video, see you then.
