Tenía previamente la pechuga aliñada o adobada con anterioridad con ajo en polvo, cúrcuma y sal, pero lo puedes hacer con lo que quieras llevo la pechuga al fuego medio con agua, sal y cúrcuma y orégano mientras que se cocina lo antes mencionado llevo los plátanos al fuego con agua y sal haciendo una abertura en la cáscara después que ya están cocinados retiro la cáscara y con un cuchillo hago una abertura esta vez sobre el plátano para formar la canoa.
