The Ontario Human Rights Commission intervened against the government of Ontario in a legal case in order to amplify the rights of trans students.

Luke and Sebastien dive into the the story out of Saint John's where transphobic notes had been put up on gender neutral washrooms. They also speak about the move by the State Department in the US, to deny foreign diplomats the ability to have their same sex partners get a visa without a marriage license.
