Today it’s just me sitting with my flowers, processing some hard, but important realizations. 

Last week I took a walk in my back field and learned valuable things that are helping me move forward. Although this was a vulnerable and emotional episode for me,  Zelle brought comedic relief by coming over at one point to share my coffee, scratching her butt on the post behind me, and then blowing her nose on the back of my head. Gotta love that horse. ;)

Here are a few things I shared:

• ​Remembering to celebrate what we have already done
• ​Giving myself permission to design something that fits the present me
• ​Comparison blocks creativity
• ​Letting go of the “old me” in order to reach for the “new me”
• ​Honoring our past roles and achievements
• ​It’s okay to grieve the loss
• ​ Our power is in knowing that we have choices
• ​It’s awesome to change and continue changing
