(5 min.) Superintendent Professional Improvement Goal Update: Superintendent Folan will provide an

update on his New Superintendent Induction Program (NSIP) classes including his participation in the Race

Equity Diversity and Inclusion workshops.

(15 min.) District Goal Updates: Superintendent Folan will provide an update on District Goals #1 - Equity

Audit process and action steps, and #3 - Structures and systems that facilitate monthly District-wide learning walks in an effort to develop an instructional vision.
