Modern looked pretty standard. There are a few Phyrexia cards breaking into the meta but not much. The biggest deal is definitely the Atraxa, and she is making things happen.

The overall meta is still pretty dominated by delver and initiative so we will see if anything changes in the coming weeks. So Initiative in legacy might really be a problem. Over the weekend it put some numbers that give delver a run for its money on its worst week and claimed 5 of the 8 spots. Will WOTC ban something? How many initiative cards need to be banned? Will they ban cards from delver too or literally just king make for delver? WHO KNOWS! Rakdos scam is still bringing down modern challenges even though murktide holds the top spot of meta share. We are sorry it’s late this week but at least it's a little longer than usual.
