The article I will be exploring is entitled “An often-overlooked way to improve your sex life in 2025” The article was written by Sandee LaMottee, CNN on January 6, 2025.  It’s an excellent

article to read and perhaps keep as reference. #sex #improvingyoursexlife

CNN digital writer Sandee LaMotte has been covering health and wellness for over 30 years, developing reporting expertise on such topics as sleep, brain health, longevity, the Mediterranean diet and the health impacts of ultra processed foods, artificial sweeteners, nano plastics and

    microplastics and toxins in food.

A CNN “original”, she started as an assignment editor in Dallas in 1980, then quickly worked her way up the CNN hierarchy to Los Angeles, then Washington, D.C., before moving to network headquarters in 1983 to help start CNN's first investigative documentary unit.

  • Outrage Culture and the Solutions: Fixing Our Toxic Rhetoric

Today, we're joined by David Beckemeyer, the host of the Outrage Overload Podcast. David is an expert in political

polarization and media literacy, focusing on reducing toxic outrage and promoting civil discourse. With insights from social psychology and communication studies, David helps listeners understand the mechanics behind outrage media and offers practical strategies for fostering unity and
    understanding in a divided world.

Outrage culture is a term that describes the tendency to react to events with intense negativity and anger, often in response to perceived injustices. It's also known as call-out culture and is linked to cancel culture. Outrage culture

can lead to a toxic spiral where people: Compete to create the most over-the-top commentary, Demonize those who make mistakes, Resist alternative viewpoints, and Stifle open dialogue.

  • Breast Cancer Survivor

    My guest is Zulma Williams

My guest wrote: “We all have our share of challenges, and sometimes doubt our ability to overcome them. I am a warrior, and I made it my mission to inspire people to discover and honor the warrior inside them. I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and immigrated

to the US at age 31. At age 42, I started my Bachelor of Social Work program. I graduated at 46, in December of 2011, and two months later, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I had a lumpectomy, moved back to Argentina for three years, and in 2015 I came back to the United States. I enrolled for the Master of Social Work program at age 50. I did my internship and became fully licensed in 2018. I am the founder of Dragonfly Therapy Services, and I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression. I survived cancer, abusive
relationships, depression, and suicidal ideation, but I never consider myself a victim. No matter what people are going through in life, I hope my message will help the audience discover and honor their own internal hero!”

  • How to Dismantle the Straitjackets in your Life: A chat with Arnold Beekes, Brain fitness coach

My guest, who is a Dutch citizen talked to me from his space in Romania where it was about 3 p.m. while I sat in Florida in in the morning at a bout 8 a.m. Notwithstanding the time difference, we had an interesting conversation that you would not want to miss. My guest had written somewhere:

“Conformity was an integral part of my upbringing. My father was a military officer, both in his work and at home. Still, I was very different from my fellow students at

primary school. I was complying with my father’s norms and not with those of my friends or school. I was different in the sense that I always had a short haircut (remember: military coup) and was not allowed to wear jeans. This was
hard, especially in the sixties. Also, I wanted to play football, but that was not allowed, I had to play (field) hockey. If I complied in every area of my life (school, gardening, polishing shoes, sports etc.), he would not be angry,
then it was sort of okay…This means that from a very young age, I was conditioned to meet the expectations of others (parents, teachers, professors, or bosses). I was conditioned to live someone else’s life. To fit in is the holy grail of our society. It is very likely that you also are expected to fit
in. It is time to dismantle the straitjackets.”

Now, he will tell us how to ‘dismantle the straitjackets’ in

our lives as he talks with Dr. Canute White on Canyouth’s Exploration: “your
    topic in a podcast”
