Cap & Trade Show

Hey everyone! If you could not make the livestream this past Saturday night, you can now watch it here at your leisure. I went through each position group building out a projected 53 and 69-man roster including players that could start the season on Reserve (Injured, NFI, Suspended, etc.).

I hope you enjoy the video. If you have any questions please drop a comment below and I will do my best to answer them.

Hey everyone! If you missed last night’s live stream of the Cap & Trade Show, you can now watch the recorded version above.

Training Camp for the Houston Texans starts tomorrow, and during this show, I covered the position battles I am watching, players of intrigue, and other thoughts. Training Camp 2024 should be fantastic and I will bring you as much coverage as possible.

Enjoy!

In case you missed it, I was live last Friday evening on the Cap & Trade Show covering the Nico Collins extension details, Trevor Lawrence extension, thoughts on the Houston Texans roster heading into training camp, Viewer Q&A, and some grilling talk.

Thanks for watching!

Hey everyone! The livestream was an absolute blast with over 4,300 viewers between X and YouTube! If you were unable to watch the live session, attached is the video playback.

With the major waves of free agency settling down, I can get back to writing the newsletter. This coming week I will take a look at some of my favorite and least favorite free agency signings across the league.

Thank you for your continued support!

If you missed last week’s live stream of the Cap & Trade Show, I have uploaded the video here. Topics covered were my acceptance speech of winning the Best Texans Twitter Account (slight parody), viewer Q&A, and even a contract structure lesson from the Rick Smith/Chris Olsen days with the Houston Texans.

Thanks,

Hey everyone, TC here,

I promised more video posts so here is the first full-length recording. In this newsletter video, I discussed the Houston Texans final season ending thoughts, the upcoming offseason, the 2024 salary cap space update, the upcoming team free agency class, and a discussion on Jonathan Greenard.

Hey everyone TC here,

If you are a new subscriber to the Cap & Trade Newsletter, welcome! This newsletter covers the NFL salary cap and news across the league with additional coverage of the Houston Texans. I have been covering the Houston Texans since 2012 and 2017 as credentialed media, and have been working at OverTheCap.com for the past 7 years. I hope you find this newsletter informative and digestible. I do subscribe to many paywall-type websites for data sourcing and aggregation, but always looking for more sources. While this newsletter remains free, you can activate a paid subscription to assist in making this newsletter even better:

Video thoughts today in short form (don’t worry, the color balance and background will be better for future videos). I am hoping to do more of these in conjunction with the full written newsletter format.

I wanted to extend another round of thank you's to the subscriber base. And I had a few thoughts on the latest Nick Caserio rumors.

I hope you enjoy the video format. Let me know in the comments below if you want to see more videos versus written newsletters.
