Tasia is more than just one of the most recognizable athletes in CrossFit. She is also one of the kindest and most inspirational. Tasia has been an individual Games competitor, a multi-time Games Team Champion on the CrossFit Mayhem team alongside Rich Froning. She also acts as a coach to the impressive Haley Adams, as well as doing valuable work with the CrossFit Mayhem Mission initiative.
