This is a love letter to every single Vincent Price fan, everyone I've met at a horror convention, and all of my fellow monster kids. You guys showed me what a heart tribe feels like. You have taught me how to love inclusively -- and you have cracked open my heart. I know we're all missing horror conventions these days, but we're still a heart tribe. And together we can show this world what the healing Power of Love can do!!

My dad wrote this about my stepmother: "I have come to believe that the highest compliment is not remembering someone; it is missing them." When I first started this journey of healing my life, it was standing in my father's shoes that showed me the way back to my heart. That's why each episode this May (his birthday month) will be about something I learned from my dad. And this podcast is about realizing that much as I loved my dad, I don't think he quite went far enough with this quote. Because I have come to believe that the highest compliment we can pay someone who is no longer here is living their Legacy of Love forward. This is how we tap into and share our Capital L Love.

When I was a kid, my dad made a TV commercial for Monster Vitamins. People's response to that commercial over the years has become a metaphor for me when I think about fear and Love. Every day that we have the opportunity to face our fears and still choose Love, we are taking our Monster Vitamins. And together we #LoveViral
