Capital Region HS Sports: The Podcast

This week, we remember long-time Section 2 coaches Mike Ambrosio and Frank DeMasi. We also talk high school basketball, hockey and wrestling.

On this episode, wee review Bethlehem's victory over Saratoga and Maple Hill's win against Catskill in boys basketball. We go over the results from the Section 2 Dual Meet Wrestling Championships. There's also girls basketball, hockey, football and gymnastics. Tune in, because we have a lot to discuss.

Featuring interviews with Bethlehem boys basketball head coach AG Irons and senior forward Michael Ortale, Warrensburg wrestling coach Mark Trapasso, and post game comments from Shen hockey coach Juan de la Rocha and Albany Academy hockey coach Dave Rider. Is that a lot?

Editor Rob Jonas talks a little Colonial Council boys basketball, a little Suburban Council girls basketball and a little Section 2 hockey in the debut episode.
