Our journey with Christ starts at Rebirth, but then what?  God wants to continue to work in our lives in order to continue shaping us into his image.  We are born as spiritual infants and God wants to work in us to grow us into maturity.  

Week 2 of "RE(al) LIFE" has us looking into the conversation between Nicodemus and Jesus from John chapter 3.  

Do you want REAL Life?  It's only found through Jesus and because of the resurrection.  

In the desperation of the days after Jesus was crucified Mary Magdalene was searching for something.  Only, she was looking for the wrong thing in the wrong place.  What she was looking for was a resurrected and living Jesus even if she didn't know that's what she really needed.  But that all changed when he called her name.

This week we dive into Luke chapter 7 to see how two different individuals approach and interact with Jesus on the same occasion.

When the group of individual "me's" decides to be a "we" within the church the impact for the Kingdom of God grows exponentially.

We were made for something greater than living for ourselves- we were made for relationship with God. When we begin to understand what a relationship with Jesus means, we can begin to "Live out of something greater than me."

When we recognize others as greater than ourselves, we react by serving.
