We’ve reached the end of all this Scourge business — for now — as Cap gets his hands on *one* of the Scourges. This is all thanks to wearing a freshly-murdered man’s outfit and lying to the media. There’s also an old-fashioned origin story here for the Scourge involving classic Westerns and Mission: Impossible masks.
