Tune in Monday August 8th at 7:00 p.m when the Electra takes off from Miami headed to Cuba for the last Cuban Airlift April 6, 1973.  The Co-pilot on this re-creation of this historical Eastern flight was on this last flight.  You'll hear the crew tell about this first American-built turboprop commercial airliner - the Lockheed L-188 Electra. It not only flew this historical flight, but was one of the great planes in the Eastern fleet over the years. Please call in your with your memories of this historical airlift.
