We are excited to debunk a common myth in church that some of us have a small assignment from God and others have a large assignment from God. The reality is, God doesn't give small assignments. We get to bring Jesus into our work spaces no matter where that is. Everything we do for God is spiritual, whether in church or out of church. 

This Sunday we’re wrapping up “Love that Lasts” with a panel of couples and individuals on our staff talking all about how we actually live out and practice the concepts and principles that we’ve learned so far.

The reality is, lust is one of the most prevalent issues in our world and our spiritual lives. Lust often shows up as a psychological force that produces an appetite that can literally make us do things that go against what we believe and value. This weekend I will unpack how to fight this, where it comes from, and the purposes of sex. 

What does the Word say about building a romance that will last? We learn in scripture that God has a specific order to building love that is very different than the culture we find ourselves in. In Sunday's message I can't wait to unpack what that is to help all of the married, single, and dating people in our church family have satisfying intimate relationships.

If we want to experience healthy marriages and relationships, it starts with the realization that God has made us whole and healthy and complete as individuals. This week, we talk about it looks like to be secure in the person that God made us to be in a message we’re calling, The Person Before The Partner.

This weekend we wrap up our New Years series "Consecrate Yourself" as we have studied Joshua chapter 3 together these past 3 weeks. We have talked about how consecration is a test from God and this weekend I will unpack how to practically and powerfully pass this test, to let God change us, and to see His wonders in 2023!

We are studying Joshua chapter 3 through the end of January as we get ready for a year marked by God’s movement in and through us. This Sunday we will further unpack this chapter in scripture as we chat to through what it looks like to pray first, take risks for Jesus, and prepare for wonders in a message called “Wonders Among You.”

The process of "Consecration" leads us to intentionally dedicate our lives as holy and set apart for the Lord’s work and will. It helps us to look past our new year's goals and to make Jesus our new year's priority. There is no doubt we will all face tests this year with God and in this world. But consecration will prepare us to pass these tests, to ready ourselves for God's wonders and rewards in 2023.
