Today, I’m talking about having to have all the conditions right for you to be captivating.  It won’t work and yet I hear all day long.

If I do X or when I get Y or if there is A…then I can captivate.

This is the problem, this lack of consistency in the way you vocally show up, with the experience you create for your listeners, well, you are leaving them lackluster and not wanting more.
