"The heart behind creating Grounded: Reflective Group for Educators is to support and create a safe, brave space to consider the work we do and its many layers. This reflection group is a time specifically for educators to process and consider the work we do in theory and practice while embracing and processing the day-to-day experiences. This includes our emotions, wellness, and our ability to related and build relationships with co-workers, students, and families. Reflection groups for educators can have wealth of benefits to the entire profession and in my opinion should be a foundational part of educators professional training and development.
